Three ways to work with us.

Every engagement starts with a free thirty-minute call and a written scope. You get a fixed number before anything begins, and it does not move unless you ask for something new.

Start here

Pilot

One small, real deliverable, usually in one to two weeks.

A landing page, a single automation, or an AI-search audit with the fixes actually applied. It exists so you can test how we work on something low-risk before committing to a build.

  • Fixed scope and price
  • One working deliverable
  • Risk-free first milestone
  • Direct line to the engineers

Right for you if: You have not worked with us and would rather find out cheaply than take a leap.

Most projects

Fixed-price build

A defined build, quoted up front, delivered in weekly demos.

A website or store, a CRM and lead system, an automation suite, a migration, or a product MVP. Scope is written down before work starts and the number does not move unless you ask for something new.

  • Everything in Pilot
  • A working demo every Friday
  • Infrastructure and deploys set up
  • Thirty days of fixes after launch, free
  • Code and credentials handed over, fully yours

Right for you if: You know roughly what you need built and want a number you can plan around.

Ongoing

Care plan

A flat monthly rate to keep things running and improving.

Monitoring, updates, failure alerts, AI-search work and a queue of small improvements. This is the half most agencies skip: automations rot when APIs change and sites decay when nobody watches them.

  • Monitoring and failure alerts
  • Ongoing AI-search and SEO work
  • Priority queue for small changes
  • A monthly note on what changed and what it did

Right for you if: Something we built (or inherited) needs to keep working without you thinking about it.

What protects you

Price fixed before work starts. Scope and number in writing, first.
Risk-free first milestone. Not what we agreed? You do not pay for it.
Weekly working demos. Problems surface in days, never months.
Your repository from day one. Walk away whenever, keep everything.
Thirty days of fixes, free. Launch is not a handoff cliff.
Milestone payments. You pay as things ship.

Why no numbers on this page

A range on a card would be a number we would immediately take back.

The same request can differ severalfold depending on what already exists, how clean it is, and how much of the thinking sits with us. Posting a figure would either scare off work we could have done cheaply or set an expectation we would have to walk back on the call. So we do the unglamorous thing instead: ask questions for thirty minutes, then put a real number in writing.

The money questions

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because any number we printed would be wrong for most people reading it. The same request ranges enormously depending on how much already exists, how clean it is, and how much of the decision-making sits with us. Rather than post a figure we would immediately caveat, we give you a real one after a thirty-minute call, in writing, before anything starts.

How is the number arrived at?

We size the work in days against a written scope, add the parts people forget (tracking, handover, testing, the boring reliability work), and quote that. We do not price on your company size or what we imagine your budget is. Two clients asking for the same build get the same quote.

What makes a project cost more or less?

More: inherited code nobody documented, data that has to migrate without loss, many stakeholders, integrations with systems that lack a proper connection, and compliance requirements. Less: a clear brief, one decision-maker, content ready to go, and a platform that is already sane.

How does payment work?

By milestone, so you pay as things ship rather than everything up front. USD by card or bank transfer through Payoneer, the same rails freelance platforms use, without the platform fee.

What if the scope changes mid-build?

It often does, and that is information, not a problem. Anything new gets scoped and quoted in writing before we build it. You will never discover a change on an invoice.

What if we are not happy with the first milestone?

You do not pay for it. That is the point of the risk-free first milestone: the moment where you are taking the most on faith is the moment you are least exposed.

Do you ever turn work down?

Regularly. If the thing you want will not solve the problem you described, or a tool you already pay for can do it, we say so on the call. Talking someone out of a project costs us one invoice and earns the referrals that follow.
