Terms

The rules for using this site.

Nothing on this site is a quote or a contract. Work becomes an agreement only when a written scope is signed by both of us.

These terms cover your use of systemroutes.com. The work we do for clients is governed by the written agreement for that project, not by this page. Where the two ever disagree, the project agreement wins.

Using this site

You are welcome to read the site, use the free audit tool, and get in touch. In return, do not attempt to break it, overload it, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful.

What is on the site is not an offer

Descriptions of services, timelines and results are here to explain what we do. They are not a contract and they are not a quote. Work only becomes an agreement when we have both signed off a written scope for a specific project.

Prices

We do not publish figures. Every price is quoted in writing for a specific scope, and the number we quote is the number you pay for that scope. Changing the scope changes the price, which is agreed before the extra work starts, never after.

The free audit tool

The audit runs automated checks against a public website address and reports what it finds. It is offered free and as-is. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a warranty of any kind, and it cannot detect every problem a site might have.

Only run it against a site you own or are authorised to check.

Results

Any figures shown on this site are real, and they belong to the projects they describe. They are examples of what happened for those businesses. They are not a promise of what will happen for yours, because search visibility, revenue and traffic depend on your market, your product and your competitors as much as on the engineering.

Who owns what

The design, text, code and graphics on this site belong to System Routes. You may quote or link to them with attribution. Do not copy the site wholesale or pass its content off as your own.

Client names and logos shown on the site belong to those businesses and appear with their permission.

Work we build for a client belongs to that client on the terms set out in their project agreement. In practice this means the repository sits in your account from day one.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a client's website or an external source, we do not control what is on it and are not responsible for it.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss caused by the site being unavailable.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for a visitor reading the site is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Client agreements may specify something different, and where they do, they take precedence for that project.
